Gaze upon the eyes of the Sphinx
What horrific sight its form represents?
An odious shape which all fellahin
Worshiped with reverence inside the temple
Echoes with tunes so strong
Come from beyond to the Black Pyramid
Where beneath its ancient crypts
Lurks upon the sands the Crawling Chaos
Malice behind the yellow mask
Mouth that talk of pest, war and disease
Sarcastic bringer of disgrace
Bane with a thousand shapes
Versed in the most occult spells
In complete darkness he dwells – The Black Pharaoh
Curse of the fourth dynasty – The King of Rivalry
Nephren-Ka himself
“There is no peace at the gateway
Infernal blackened haze
There is no peace at the gateway
Eternal is his shade…”
From the old merchants of Khem
He acquired the Shining Trapezohedron
To rule sovereign
Above all kingdoms of man
Wakeful upon the throne of madness
The almighty servant of Azagthoth
For he is the heart and the soul
The ultimate Will of the Outer Gods
Nations bow before the feet
Of the one that knows the keys to the world beyond
Waiting the alignment of the stars
To open all the gates
Evil incarnated in purest form
Ghastly faceless god - Nyarlathotep
Chants from a forked tongue - The proper rites will be done

This is the best death-doom I've ever heard. You have to go back to early Incantation to find anything close to the level of execution achieved here. The musical arrangements are deeply complex and layered, which means you discover something new with each listen. I think there's something about the variety of tempos and experimentation with different types of composition that make it supersatisfying. And it's a headbanger. eManRenaissanc

Heaviest of the heavy, God Disease's sound is something dredged up from the murky deep. Visceral, foul, and menacing, these EPs are mesmerizing and achieve an unrelenting grip on my psyche every time I play one of them. Name's Dalton
